On May 14, 2025, we celebrated National Buttermilk Biscuit Day the only way Popeyes could. We teamed up with Agent 00, one of Twitch’s biggest names (and the world’s biggest Popeyes fan), for a full-day takeover of our New Orleans restaurant. From interviewing for a job, to building his own Chicken Sandwich, to serving fans at the counter, to capping it all off with a biscuit-eating showdown, Agent 00 lived the full Popeyes experience.
